There are One Post Operative Wards in ASMCH. POW 1 is located at the 1st floor and women are brought here after C section or other gynecology related surgeries. There are 18 beds in this ward, which are free of charge and are only used to keep the patients under observation. Depending on the patients’ demand or budget, they are transferred to other wards or cabins from here after 6-7 hours. The experienced and dedicated nursing staff looks after the patient till they are shifted to their respective wards.
